Marquee Code Help

how can i set up marquee code which will move text not even from right to left but also from top to bottom ?

Also i wanna ask that what the hell is iframe , is it different from frames ?

Just customise the direction above in yellow , right now its on up , offcourse .

Possible options are :

left
right
up
down

Also it stops when mouse is placed over it..
