Free video converter and editor.

I just started a channel on youtube, but to covert it in flash before uploading its really pain in ass. As most of the softwares are not good at all, and the ones which are good demands money , in trial period or time restrictions for the videos processed by them.

Please tell me the above 2 mention softwares as soon as possible.
